The county junior team , captained by Holyhead G C's Scott Fenwick , travelled to Chirk G C to play against Denbighshire in a North Wales Inter Counties Junior league match.
After halving the morning foursomes 2 matches each the home side won the afternoon singles 5.5 to 2.5 to ensure an overall success by 7.5 to 4.5.

The county team beat Caernarfonshire , the reigning champions , in a North Wales Inter Counties League match at Bull Bay G C .
The home side won the morning foursomes by 3 matches to 1 and in a nail biting finish halved the singles 4 matches apiece and ensure a 7 - 5 win.
The Anglesey team , captained by Howie Hughes (Anglesey G C) consisted of Emyr Jones (Anglesey G C) Aled Williams and Mark Parry
(Holyhead G C), Ian Norgain, Sion Thomas, Jack Carter (Bull Bay G C) and Dewi Caughter (Baron Hill G C).

The semi finals of the County match play competition have been played.
Aled Jones (Bull Bay G C ) beat Colin Jones (Holyhead G C) at the 21st hole to win his place in the final where he'll face Mark Perdue
(Holyhead G C) who defeated Paul Roberts (Baron Hill G C) by a 3 and 2 scoreline.
The final will be played on a neutral course before the end of August.

The County team won its second match of the season when defeating Denbighshire by 8.5 to 3.5 at Holyhead Golf Club.
The Anglesey team won the morning foursomes by a convincing 3 - 1 margin and registered a 5.5 to 2.5 success in the afternoon singles.
Representing Anglesey were Howie Hughes, Captain, and Kieran Robinson (both Anglesey G C), Colin Jones and Aled Williams (both Holyhead G C) , Dewi Caughter (Baron Hill
G C), Ian Norgain , Sion Thomas and Jack Carter (Bull Bay G C).

After the fourth round of this year's Rawlinson Shield competition for Seniors played at Baron Hill G C , Beaumaris Bull Bay GC lead Baron Hill G C by seventy two shots.
Team scores from the fourth round at Baron Hill were:- Baron Hill G C and Bull Bay G C 416, Henllys G C 438, Storws Wen G C 440, Holyhead G C 461, Anglesey G C 465.
The best individual nett score was returned by the Vice Captain of Bull Bay G C,Paul Collins, who scored 70 - 7 - 63.
Overall team scores , with two rounds remaining. are:- Bull Bay GC 1728,
Baron Hill G C 1800, Henllys G C 1808, Holyhead G C 1815, Storws Wen G C 1827, Anglesey G C 1847.
